Rachael MirthConcentration means:  The ability to think carefully about something you are doing and nothing else.It is the ability to focus the mind on one subject, object, or thought, and at the same time exclude from the mind every other unrelated thought, ideas, feelings, and sensations. controlling your attention. Unfortunately, it is easy to get distracted.

Most of us subconsciously make a face when we’re intensely concentrating on a task. We furrow our brow, squint our eyes, frown at the mouth. You grimace when you concentrate because in your brain the regions controlling your facial muscles are also focusing your attention.

Take a look at the faces of some of our artists as THEY concentrate on getting their masterpieces just right.
