Day Two of Multi Block

Written by Lee Ellen King

A big thank you to Brittany will begin tonight’s conversation. She has been the volunteer in charge of lighting for five years at Ice Alaska and she is wonderful at it. If you come at night you will be completely enchanted, charmed, and delighted by the mesmerizing lights in the park.
Now on to day two of six for the multi block competition. Shakespeare said it best: “creeps in this petty pace from day to day” when he describes the passage of time, lamenting how it slowly moves forward. It is still hard to picture the “ah” of a mind-boggling finish but it’s fun to watch the carvers in action. Each day will bring us a bit closer to the end of that “ah” fairy tale.
