Sculptor Support - Joan Foote
 
Registers artists for the sculpting competitions. Responsible for site layout and site assignment. Organizes the judging of each competition, provides official list of winners. Helps maintain year round communication with artists.
  Committee Chair(s) Duties
 
  • Sculpting Events Coordinator - Joan Foote
Joan is the go to person when it comes to answering questions regarding the respective competition events. She handles site layout for each event and works with the artists on rule interpretation when necessary.
 
  • Sculptor Registration Coordinator- Eva Hansen
Processes the paperwork to register artists for competitions. Develops the artists list that is used in the "Ice Art" souvenir Program.
 
  • Jury Coordinator - Hilda Melchoir
Oversees the jury operation. Fred will ensure he has qualified judges for jurying each of the competitions. He coordinates all jury events.
 
  • Sculptor Bios - Tula Belton
Transcribes or interviews visiting artists for the Souvenir Program Booklet.
 
  • Interpreters - Mimi Chapin; Eve Campbell, Jenifer McBeath, Grace Chang
 Acts as interpreter / translator for the visiting artists
 

Lodging Coordinator - David Thompson

 Arranges housing for visiting artists and volunteers.
