Construction

"Thrills and Chills"

Volunteer sculptors Sheldon and Kerrie Shaw stayed ahead of schedule in the construction of the stage.
Their design took advantage of the theme of last year's competition. The back of the stage featured a slide with a child.
It was a wonderful setting for the awards ceremony.

Sheldon and Kerrie Shaw in the early stages of constructing the World Ice Art Champions Stage. On March 14, 1999 the stage will be the focal point for the annual awards ceremony.
